Citywide Graduation Recognition

Senior year is an exciting time, but it also can be expensive. Senior
photos, graduation fees, prom, cap & gown, senior trips, and graduation
announcements can put a financial strain on parents of a single
highschooler, not to mention the impact on households with multiple
children. For households supported by a single income and/or a single
parent, these expenses can be really costly.
The SCC is hosting a graduate recognition and grad gift giveaway at the
Stonecrest Juneteenth Celebration for up to 40 Stonecrest graduating
high school seniors. There will be fun for the WHOLE family at this
event – including kid zone, vendors, food trucks, and fireworks. What’s better than celebrating our freedom and the success of our youth! 🥳
